Black Men's Wellness Program 2025
Embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing with the "Healing Our Stories: Black Men's Wellness Program," a 12-week initiative curated by the Black Healing Centre. Throughout the program participants will engage in thought-provoking discussions and activities focused on understanding the complexities of being Black men from defining masculinity, exploring experiences with racism, racial trauma, navigating fatherhood, and much more.
